This intricate parcel of land with 7 different owners had huge development potential. A developer/client was introduced and Option Agreements were agreed to re-develop the sites into a large mixed use scheme.

Our brief was to track down the owner who was based in Malaysia and ascertain whether he was interested in selling the Freehold interest to this property. A deal was agreed to purchase the property unconditionally, contracts exchanged and an application has just been submitted to replace the existing property with a A3 restaurant on ground floor and luxury apartments above.

Pages Walk, London, SE1

This property was identified by us as having development potential. We approached the owner who was interested in looking into this further. A developer was introduced and terms were agreed to purchase the site off market subject to a delayed completion.

Bruce Grove, London, N17

This site had planning permission for 10 houses and 4 apartments and a discreet sale was requested. We approached several suitable buyers and after negotiation the site was sold with development starting shortly.

Peckham Rye, London, SE15

We spotted this property as an ideal development opportunity and approached the owner to express our views. After approaching several potential buyers a deal was agreed in excess of the existing market value. Planning was granted for 10 luxury apartments 18 months later.

This property was being used to manufacture theatrical curtains and the owner was keen to sell the Freehold to a house builder. With interest from several potential buyers we secured a fantastic offer in excess of market value and a deal was agreed. Planning was submitted and subsequently granted permission to build 9 warehouse apartments.

We were asked to approach several potential buyers for the site with planning already in place. The development at Windsor Walk created eight spectacular luxury duplex apartments . The building was conceived as a split duplex layout addressing the topography of the site, creating dynamic interiors and a series of green roof terraces to take advantage of the spectacular views across London.
