64 Grove Lane, set within Camberwell Grove Conservation Area was an exceptional development consisting of 6 x three-bedroom apartments, 2 x four-bedroom duplex apartments and a five bedroom end of terrace townhouse. Employing both modern aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship, 64 Grove Lane has been sympathetically and meticulously designed and constructed.
The Project
Working with a seasoned developer and leading architect, Caddingtons devised the launch and marketing strategy to ensure the properties were sold off plan. From the hoarding, web site, brochure and press marketing, Caddingtons provided input for every aspect of the development.The apartments were all sold off plan and Caddingtons set record prices for the area,
