The Development

The development at Windsor Walk created eight spectacular luxury duplex apartments . The building was conceived as a split duplex layout addressing the topography of the site, creating dynamic interiors and a series of green roof terraces to take advantage of the spectacular views across London. Situated within a conservation area, the apartments have been designed in harmony with its historic surroundings

The Project

Caddingtons provided full support to the developer before they broke ground. This was the first residential development by a developer who previously specialised in refurbishment projects in the luxury brand sector. Caddingtons were responsible for advice on the specifications, developing the branding, creative and eventual off plan sales. All units were sold well in advance of completion.
